Nationwide delivery:

Postage (Standard) (3-4 working days after completion).

Express (1-3 working days after delivery).

International shipping:

Postage (Standard) (5-20 working days after fulfilment).

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Standard (3-7 working days after delivery).

Express (1-3 working days after delivery).

POD: 10-30 working days.

For packs, your order may be split and delivered in several shipments.

For heavier products such as body-building equipment, you'll need to allow more time, as regular updates will be sent to you by e-mail.

For most products a tracking number will be communicated to you, in a rare case where it is not available, we will inform you of its routing by e-mail.

The price of delivery will be calculated on delivery, eligibility for free delivery varies according to periods and places of orders, for all orders with a large price delivery is FREE.

As we're considered new to the market, we know we don't yet have the fastest delivery times with your local post office, and we thank you in advance for your understanding... However, we're determined to build a strong and thriving community in the future, which is why our support is available to you 7 days a week (no matter where you choose to contact us). You're our priority, and we'll help you in any way we can, rest assured!

Refunds.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for food products, healthcare products and gift wrap.

For training items (this includes machines, bars, weights, training accessories) we do not accept returns due to the weight of the items, so you will need to prove the damage with images sent to contact.powerstrength@gmail.com, then the refund amount will be negotiated if there are several items.

When a full or partial refund is accepted, it may take up to 30 working days, depending on the size of the item (from 10 to 30 days).

The customer undertakes to wait for the amount to appear in his bank account without asking untimely questions about the settlement time (this varies from bank to bank, we have no control over the processing time and are unaware of the details).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
